Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to EDMARK Products SA, operated by Andisa Nkosiyazi Mncunzwa as a sole proprietor and independent Edmark distributor. This is an independently operated store, not Edmark International's corporate website. Edmark Durban assists with fulfilment and courier delivery; your sale is with the seller named below.

Current ordering service

Online payment is not active. The Email order request button opens your email app with your basket and delivery details. You must press Send to submit the request; opening the email does not take payment or confirm a purchase. All order confirmations and store correspondence are handled by email. We confirm availability, products, quantities, total price, delivery cost and estimated timing before you agree to purchase and pay. Keep the written confirmation as your transaction record.

Prices and availability

Displayed prices are in South African rand. Items marked “Price on request” require a quotation. Delivery is confirmed separately. The amount quoted before payment will identify all applicable charges and taxes. If a listing or price is incorrect, we explain the correction before the sale is agreed. We will not substitute products or change an agreed paid order without your agreement. If we cannot supply an item already paid for, we will notify you and arrange an appropriate refund or an alternative you accept.

Payments

PayFast activation and website integration are pending. No PayFast checkout is available on this website yet. Payment instructions will be confirmed directly for an agreed order. Never send us your banking password, card PIN or one-time security code.

Cancellations, returns and delivery

Contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel an order. We check its dispatch status and explain the available options without limiting your statutory rights. Read our Returns and Refunds policy and Delivery Policy. We remain responsible to you as the seller when coordinating with the branch or courier.

Product information

Packaging, formulations and available flavours can vary by market; confirm a particular variant before purchase. Read and follow the supplied label. Product descriptions are general shopping information, not medical advice or a guarantee of an individual result. Nothing in these terms excludes legal rights relating to product safety, quality or accurate descriptions.

Personal information

Our Privacy Policy explains how order and delivery information is handled. Only information needed for fulfilment is shared with Edmark Durban and the courier.

Applicable law and changes

South African law applies. Your rights under applicable consumer legislation take precedence over a conflicting term. Policy updates apply prospectively and do not reduce rights under an already agreed order. You may save or print these pages using your browser.
