Delivery Policy

We arrange delivery of Edmark products to customers within South Africa through Edmark Durban and its courier arrangements. Andisa Nkosiyazi Mncunzwa is the seller and your contact for delivery questions.

Before payment

The website currently prepares an order request only. We confirm stock, your complete delivery address, the product total, delivery charge and estimated dispatch and delivery times before requesting payment. A basket subtotal excludes delivery unless expressly stated. Do not pay an unconfirmed amount.

Delivery charges and promotions

Delivery costs depend on the destination, parcel size or weight and any applicable branch promotion. Free delivery is available only when confirmed for your order. We do not promise nationwide free delivery or apply a promotion beyond its stated dates and conditions.

Your delivery address

Provide the recipient's name, contact number, street address, suburb, town or city, province and postal code. Tell us about access restrictions or rural delivery requirements before payment so we can confirm service availability. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. Any additional charge for a customer-requested redelivery or address change will be explained and agreed first.

Dispatch, tracking and delays

Dispatch follows confirmed payment and stock availability. We share courier tracking details when provided by the dispatch office. The estimate for your order is communicated before payment; we cannot give one fixed delivery time for every area. We will notify you of known delays and discuss the available options. Your applicable cancellation and refund rights remain in place.

Receiving your parcel

Check the parcel and items when received, where practical. Keep your purchase confirmation. If something is missing, incorrect or damaged, contact us promptly with the order details and available photos. See our Returns and Refunds policy.
